Bill earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana and his PhD from the University of California at San Diego. He has served as Acting Director of the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office -- a presidentally appointed position within the US Department of Homeland Security -- and he also has 30 years of experience in senior technical and business management at SAIC. Bill advises H3D on business and technical matters.

David earned his master's and PhD degrees in Bionucleonics at Purdue University. His 50-year nuclear career includes work related to nuclear plant design and operation, radiation protection management, and successful commercialization of three major nuclear power systems for global BWRs and PWRs. He is internationally known at global operating nuclear plants in 27 countries through the OECD NEA-IAEA global RP information program of which he has served as North American Director since 1992. He has advised over forty-three graduate students at Purdue, UIUC, and Idaho State. David advises H3D on technical issues and new applications for H3D technology.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, and his master's and doctorate degrees in Physical Chemistry from The Ohio State University. Dave enjoyed a successful 15-year career with the U.S. Department of Defense. From 2003 until 2005, he served as the Director of Technology at the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. Dave transitioning to a senior leadership role at ICx Technologies in 2005 which was acquired by FLIR Systems in 2010. After the acquisition, he was the Chief Technology Officer of FLIR Government Systems. Before Teledyne Technologies acquired FLIR Systems in 2021, Dave was General Manager of FLIR's CBRNE business unit. After Teledyne acquired FLIR in 2021, Dave served as Vice President of Technology and Product Management for Teledyne FLIR Defense before retiring from Teledyne in 2023. Dave advises H3D on technical and business matters.
