This policy covers all users who interact with H3D, Inc. or its affiliates (“H3D”, “we”, or “us”), all users
who interact with the web services of H3D, Inc., accessible by internet starting from www.h3dgamma.com
or h3dgamma.com (hereinafter the “Site”), and all users of the H3DTablet app (herein referred to as
“Application”) as a Free service. This statement does not concern other websites that the user may consult
through the use of a link.
This statement is prompted by European Union Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of
natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
(“GDPR”). It describes H3D’s administrative procedures concerning the processing of its users’ personal
data
Personally identifiable data will not be used by for any other scope different from that which has been indicated below.
The computer systems and software procedures enabling website operation acquire, during their normal
operation, some personal data (so-called log files) the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet
communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated to identified data subjects, but due to its same
nature can, by means of processing and integration with data held by third parties, allow users to be
identified.
This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users to connect to
the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) form addresses of the resources requested, the time of the
request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the
numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (done, error, etc.) and other parameters
concerning the user operating system and computer environment.
These data are used with the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information concerning the use of
the site and to check its correct operation. These data can be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of
hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website and can be communicated to law enforcement,
in the event that the latter explicitly requests such data.
We also collect navigation data for purposes of administering, protecting, and improving our Site and our
systems, to better understand the preferences of our Site visitors, to identify server problems, to compile
aggregated statistics about Site usage, and to help personalize your experience of our Site.
Unless you also actively submit personal information such as your name or address, passively tracked data
does not typically allow us to identify you personally (even though it can theoretically be done, we do not
have the means or an interest to find out who you are, unless you identify yourself voluntarily through an
active submission of data). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to combine
passively tracked data with personal data that you actively submit.
The Site uses technical and third parties cookies. By using our Site you hereby accept and agree to use

The Site uses Google Analytics to gather, store and collate information about website visitors. It tells us
how many unique visitors have been to a site, what pages they visited in what order, and for how long. If
the Site was reached through an advertisement, it may tell us the keywords associated with that
advertisement. The service only reports aggregate visitor data in anonymous form and does not collect
personal information like addresses, names, or credit card numbers.
